We spent 5 nights in the guesthouse. We got the big room in the ground floor. It was very cozy and comfortable and we had a peaceful private sphere. The location is not really in the center but well

It's a family-run guest house. The host is super nice. The breakfast is on request and they made different dishes each day. They helped us to reserve the bus tickets to Tbilisi and made sure we got on the bus.

I really enjoyed my stay at House 26! The little backyard garden invites to have relaxing talks or, in the early morning hours, to drink one's coffee in peace and quiet. THe host Artak, is very friendly and helpful! The kitchen has a huge fridge, all cooking facilities and even a coffee machine. The mattress was comfy, the fan quiet. I would visit again, for sure.

A quiet and cosy place.
A large and spacious house, all 2nd floor is in guests disposal, there's a kitchen, tea and coffee. Room is clean, everything is new and modern. Rooms have a private bathroom, all of it is super clean and tidy.
Hosts are very helpful, friendly and welcoming.
I like the location, it's very close to the airport, which is convenient if you come to Yerevan for several days.
Also there's a traditional carpet workshop in a basement of the house, which is really interesting to see, it's fascinating!
