The room was super clean, always smelled good and towels were changed every day. Breakfast was exceptional. The location is perfect, 1-2 mins walk to private beaches, 10 mins walk from the center.
The hosts, Mrs Fatmire and Mr Ago, are very very kind people. I highly recommend this place :)

The property was beautiful and clean. The rooms were spacious and our room balcony overlooking the water was magical. Bernardo and father really took care of our needs and did not hesitate to make our visit a special one. Thank you for going beyond our expectations. We loved the breakfasts.. omelette, fresh fruit plater was great. The lounge area by the water was perfect with easy access to the beautiful clear water. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Was well beyond our expectations 10/10 perfect. 👍

New apartment in a quiet area. The apartment was clean and modern. Small kitchen, but usable for basic meals. Little yard that was great for our dog. About 15 min walk to town center. The family was incredibly nice and hospitable. Even brought us food and wine. Really appreciated the kindness. Thank you!

What an amazing place to stay - quiet area of Sarande with parking space available, close to the castle and great for exploring the area as you can avoid busy city center when visiting Butrint, Ksamil, etc. And what a view - we loved the view so much! Everything is clean, new, nicely done and the host are great, always ready to help with anything you may need. Highly recommend
We had the most amazing stay in the apartment at Sarandë. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need, is in a great location and has fantastic views. The hosts Father let us in and was very charming, and even carried one of our bag up to the 4th floor (yes there are a lot of steps ☺️) there is air conditioning in both of the bedrooms which is very welcome in hot weather.
We really enjoyed our stay here.Amazing apartment with amazing sea view.Apartment is brend new with all necessary equipments.Everything is very clean,new.They take care about every detail.Location is great becouse you can go by foot at the city center,public and other beaches,also if you want to go out of Saranda you will avoid traffic,also road for Ksamil is near apartment.Eva and her family are great hosts.All recommendation for this apartment.
The property is spacious, newly furnished, very well equipped, just 1 min from the city beach and city centre, yet in a quiet street.
Big plus is the AC in each room, a charming balcony for breakfast in the morning, that you get towels changed regularly (even a room cleaning).
Sarande is very bad with parking spots, and this property offers free, easily accessible parking.
The host was just amazing! Within few minutes reachable if needed, easy communication and very helpful. We loved our stay, it was really complaint free.
