The host Jimmy was so charming and entertained us for ages! They left prosecco and orange in a cooler, had flowers and snacks available and left jams, pickles etc etc for us to use as we wished. Jimmy even offered us a tour of the ranch but we were too tired to accept.

Natalie and Ron were absolutely wonderful hosts. Greeted on arrival with a tour of the amenities. Nothing was ever too much trouble. True hospitality pros!

The tent was absolutely awesome, with AC / heater, fridge, keurig, microwave , and a wonderful shower and restroom. A pretty strong storm came, and the tent held up perfectly fine!

This tent has a shared bathroom, a private entrance, a seating area as well as a terrace. The unit has 2 beds. What an awesome experience and superior tent camping site......stayed with my family and wish we had more time here ....will definitely come back. Awesome large tent and perfect setting near the Sam Houston National Forest.

We went to nearby restaurants for breakfast and it was delicious. We stayed for two nights. Loved to look at the stars. Loved to silence.

Guests will have a special experience as this mobile home offers a fireplace. Everything!! This place is amazing. For the price, the amenities were awesome. We traveled by car all the way from Virginia and we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the home the location and the cleanliness. Highly recommend.
