There was no privacy shade on the hot tub as advertised in the photos. The fire pit area looked nothing like the photos. I paid extra for the hot tub and we did not use it because we did not stay. They are refusing to refund me. I told them that day after seeing the dismal condition of everything that we would not be staying. They put a little desk fan on the floor and tried to say that it is air conditioning.
