The property we stayed at was absolutely perfect, providing everything we had asked for. Remarkably, we were the only ones residing there for three days, experiencing a peaceful and tranquil environment. The staff was not only kind and polite, but they also went above and beyond by purchasing groceries for us from the nearby store. Additionally, there are three delightful dogs on the premises who are incredibly friendly; please be sure to give them the care and attention they deserve.

The thing about Khao Kho is that so many places are by the main road which kills the experience but One and Only is located at a very quiet and peaceful place facing a spectacular valley. The owner and all the staff are service minded and made sure all our needs were met. We had a great breakfast with fresh avocados, generous salad and freshest desserts. They provide Thai style barbecue for reasonable prices for dinner too. The rooms are well maintained and the garden is taken good care. I would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful and restful stay.
