We had such a wonderful stay, when we arrived the hosts had lit a fire for us and everything was even more lovely than the photos! They’d left us a range of biscuits, and plenty tea/coffee etc The bed was like a hotel with a lovely arranged blanket and chocolates. Everything was so clean and the owners went above and beyond to meet our needs - they even provided a cosy dog bed which our dogs loved!! Gorgeous views of the horses. Fire pit outside. We could go on and on about how great it is!

You get everything you need in a wonderful decorated and quite new small and cosy cabin. the owener is a wonderful man and extremly helpful. The location is THE perfect start for your walk on the West Highland Way. Located just outside of Milngavie you have easy access to the starting point. If you come by bus, ask the driver to let you get off right at the reception or get a taxi at the train station (where the bus stops too). I can recommend that place warmly to everyone.

Espectacular sitio en la campiña cerca de Edimburgo (25 min en coche al centro), y a tiro de piedra de la famosa capilla de Roslin. En mi caso dormi en la carreta, y lo encontre genial, en medio del campo rodeado de ovejas y caballos, No hay problema para aparcar, y Michael es un gran anfitrión; le solicité llegar un poco tarde y no puso ningún problema. Por supuesto, dormir en la carreta significa que el lavabo está en exterior; pero está muy bien acondicionado y a 30 metros de distancia. Como única mejora, añadir un poco más de luz en la carreta. El aeropuerto también está cerca. Eso sí, es requisito muy importante tener transporte propio, ya que la granja está bastante aislada.
