This mobile home consists of 1 living room, 3 separate bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. The caravan is very spacious and modern with comfortable beds. The views over the lake are stunning and it is a 2 minute walk from a great onsite bar and a beach, there are also fantastic water sport facilities. We enjoyed the space and had a lovely relaxing experience.

Guests will have a special experience as the mobile home features a fireplace. Located in Holmrook, Parkgate Farm features accommodation with a seating area, a flat-screen TV and a kitchen. Location, great view from decking of caravan. Suited our needs well, nice quiet place to stay.

The park itself is quiet and my caravan is 2 min walk from a petrol station with an express store which opens 24/7. The property is smartly designed. It is not as big as I thought in terms of square metres but each room and facility is useful. Very clean. My family and I all had good rest during our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. I couldn't find the control panel to turn on the heating system and I called their out-of-office-hour number in the evening the second day. The man said he would arrive in 20 mins from another location after trying to help via phone. Fortunately we found the panel which was behind the curtain in the living room and I called him back to avoid an unnecessary drive. Really a good service!

The property was absolutely stunning, clean, peaceful and a perfect break away. Owners were very helpful in explaining everything. All in all me and my partner loved it.

Our stay at this apartment was nothing short of outstanding! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the most gracious and hospitable landlady (Philippa). She went above and beyond to ensure that our family, including our young children, felt completely at home. The apartment was immaculate and well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making the lodge both cozy and practical. The environment was incredibly child-friendly, which made it perfect for our family. What truly set this experience apart was Phillippa’s warmth and attentiveness. She provided us with detailed information and personalized guides about the Lake District, making our exploration of the area easy and enjoyable. Her insights made a huge difference in our trip, helping us discover hidden gems we would have otherwise missed. This lodge exceeded all our expectations, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.
