It was very clean and comfortable and was very private. The staff were nice and polite, it was an added bonus having your food delivered to your room. There was more than enough extras if you needed them in your room and not too expensive either. The views from our room were great and there was a walkway leading to the lake and gardens, however the lake was dried out due to lack of rain fall. I would definitely recommend it if visiting Guatape.

After months of steady hard-pressed work in Medellín, I was finally taking off for a fun week in Cartagena. I was looking for a reset to start that trip; a couple of nights of true relaxation. That is exactly what I found at Teva Retreat! So near to the airport was an added bonus. • From the pleasant and warm greeting at reception and lovely walks around the grounds, this was a great stay. • I didn't bother to test the internet in my LotusBelle room; that was part of the reset. However, when I had a little bit of work to get done, the resto dining room connection worked well. • Teva is not in a flight landing or take-off run; I didn't find it to be particularly noisy. The mobile home features a private entrance, a tea and coffee maker, as well as a private bathroom boasting a walk-in shower. I liked my stay. The place is nice. The people who work here were very nice. The guests were also awesome. Recommended!

We liked the location and service the most. It is unique place by the lake, very quiet and peaceful. It is beautiful and well-maintained. And the caretaker, Cery was especially helpful in every way. The breakfast was perfect too.
