The whole ambience was very serene and calm. Perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of a town. It's a half an hour ride from the bang rong pier, half an hour from old town and about 40 mins from Patong which I did in less than 30 mins on a scooter.

Good breakfast, not out of this world, but good, I ate it all (egg toast salad bacon). I didn't like the pacakes, not fluffy, batter mixed too much maybe? Pancake ingredients just need to be gently brought together, not so much mixed too much to keep them fluffy =].
Staff very nice! Cute hidden spot and end of cul de sac. Scooters available for rent, + tours and souvenirs, water, beer, saltwater pool, clean facilities, fans going to keep mosquitoes down. Able to set up taxi for me for airport drop off.
I stayed here sfter Ruentai Boutique which was amazing.. i could Have stayed longer at the boutique but I wouldn't get a refund for Snug. When I arrived at the snug I ended up deciding to stay and glad that I did.

Love the size of the room. It is super spacious in terms of the room, balcony, as well as the toilet! The room has an extra large king-size bed and comfy bed linen, etc, which we had an absolute good night rest for all 4 nights. We booked our room exactly a year ago with almost 65% discount off the usual rates and with breakfast included. 100% price worthy stay! The room has a smart TV streaming for Netflix & YouTube, etc, and a coffee machine with free capsules topping up on a daily basis during the room makeup service
Staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was superb and the rooms/premises were very tidy. The rooftop pool was great and there was plenty of space in upper most level of the roof with artificial grass. The view was amazing. Also the gym was well equipped and clean. The beach was relatively close. The hotel room beds were super comfy and the air conditioning was able the room cool throughout the day if you left one of the two key cards in the electronic socket on the wall.
Had a pool access room which was a great choice and avoids struggling with finding pool chairs during the day. The room was large with plenty of room for luggage and moving around. Beds were comfy and room air conditioning very welcomedl. The staff were friendly and polite as always. Great access to the beach. Far enough away from Bangla Rd to be able to walk to shopping but not be bothered by everything that comes with Bangla Rd.
Everything. The staff are the most amazing people in the world. They generally care for everyone and they are so kind. The hotel is in the best Area possible, close to the beach, tons of restaurants and shops and a short distance up to the mall. Pool. Comfy Quiet Rooms. REALLY GOOD AIR CONDITIONING (This is a must in Thailand)
The roof top bar food and service was amazing. Our duplex room had great air conditioning and a massive comfy bed, 2 balconies and the jacuzzi bath was great
The pool access room was excellent, rooms are a little tired and stepping up into the shower bath could be a problem for some. having said that the beds are comfy air conditioning works well and the outdoor area is great. Who spends much time in the room anyway!
Great breakfasts lovely area and gorgeous Thai style entrance. The pool areas are great and to top it off all the staff from domestic to front of house were brilliant, would recommend if you want great hospitality and to be close to everything but still quiet.
Very large complex. Room was a good size , clean and comfy beds . Shower was great . Robes , slippers and umbrellas supplied . Good air conditioning. Excellent choice at breakfast .
