The owner was wonderful and always happy to help. The rooms were comfortable and within walking distance to the parks nearby as well as the lake. There was also the option to rent bikes and do a free wine tasting with the owner.

The location is good, out of Bardolino, which is too busy with people staying at the campings in the area. The surroundings of the property are really pleasant and peaceful, great swimming pool with amazing views of the lake. There are also tennis courts and other amenities.
Our apartment had also very beautiful views of the lake, although this was after we complained about our first apartment. The person in the front desk was extremely nice and changed our room immediately.
Awesome large apartment with 2 separate bedrooms / bathrooms (Villa 4) and with a lovely view of the lake. We spent so much time relaxing at the pool and getting pizzas from the restaurant. We walked down to the lake once but the kids were more interested in getting back to the pool. We borrowed a football from the office for some games, didn’t get round to playing tennis but that was going to be €20 for 4 rackets/1 hour. Amazing air conditioning as it was mid thirties when we were there so it was much appreciated.
The apartment was really cozy and spacious for 3 people. The utensils and other features like air conditioning and balcony were a big plus. There was pool available, but we didn’t get to use it, but pool and property was well taken care of. Overall it was very clean and pleasant stay. Location to city center was 5-7 minutes by foot so thats a big plus too, you have everything at hand. The host was super friendly and even let our friend that joined last minute stay. I’m rating this experience 10/10!
I loved how modern and fresh this hotel was. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious with a fantastic shower. The air conditioning was quiet and effective. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice and you even got to choose a type of croissant the day before which was waiting on your table in the morning. It was in a great position in the town. I would stay in this hotel again.
The location is fantastic, in Bardolino old town but on a quiet side street. The apartment is a decent size with washing machine, well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, comfortable beds and shutters on the bedroom windows. Plenty of nice towels were supplied, and the host brought fresh ones during the week. Bardolino itself is beautiful.
Very cosy place with nice terrace and view to Garda lake. Homelike feeling. Comfy beds and pillows. Stable 5G internet. Good air conditioning. Hostess was welcoming and helpful. Hostess has very friendly, wise and playful dog (for me it was really a bonus :) ).
Close to public beach, town center, Bardolino harbour and public basketball court (also huge bonus for me).
Overall - great for a long stay.
The houses were small but comfortable, with sufficient facilities. Air conditioning was available! The staff was very helpful, eventhough we arrived rather late (just before 10pm). The camping area is full of leasure zones - cafe, pool, kids playground, small shops, separate exit to the lake.
