The location of the hotel is good. The staff is very cooperative and polite. The rooms are very good with all the necessary facilities and are also spacious. The rooms have beautiful balconies. The food is also tasty as I tried the Indian menu it was right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the best attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic and comfy stay!

Comfy and close to everything
Can be easily reached and most of the shopping centers and sights are nearby. The room was comfortable and I'm a big fan of scandinavian bathroom structures, they are very practical altogether. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel was very kind to pack us a breakfast when we were checking out earlier than the restaurant's opening hour. The staff was also kind and helpful with anything.
The staff at the reception, room service and the restautant , in the entirety is very courteous and soft spoken. The rooms are lavishly made. Gives a great vibe. I guess its the poshest propery in Darjeeling
