The wardens were amazing, and the site was clean and peaceful. Someone had messed up, though, as the site should have been closed for the winter, and we shouldn't have been able to book it. But the guys looking after the site still took us in and made sure we had everything that we needed and were comfy. We had the place to ourselves and it was wonderful.

Wall Eden Farm - Luxury Log Cabins and Glamping, hotel in Highbridge

Around 15 miles west of Glastonbury, the Wall Eden Farm - Luxury Log Cabins and Glamping offer accommodation for 4 in north Somerset.

Cabin was unreal - so cosy and warm, log burner was amazing. Hot tub was great. Everything was so clean. Staff were friendly and the man at reception let me feed the sheep. Close to Glastonbury and Cheddar Gorge. Can imagine activities would be good but it was too cold so we didn’t do anything. Bar and farm shop were great.

The room was delightful. The stairs for access were very steep, but the advance information pointed this out. The room overlooked the cathedral, with a very comfy chair right next to the window. The bathroom was clean, and the shower was simple to work. The staff were very welcoming, even the greetings in Italian.

Lovely, comfy cottage with everything you need for slef catering. There is a nice pub next door, which was quiet enough not to disturb us in the evening. It was an easy 15 minute drive into Glastonbury, so it was a great location. There is a bread mill opposite which you must try, its the best bread ever! We arrived from a long drive and the owner gave us a loaf, milk and butter so we didn't have to go straight out to the shops, which was a nice touch, very much appreciated. We would definitely go again.

Lovely cottage with great views. Shaun and Bernie were fantastic hosts. The bed was sooo comfy! Ideal location to get away from busy life but still close enough to attractions if you want to go out and about.

Loved everything about this Inn. Friendly and helpful staff. As this was a very last minute trip we weren’t sure about facilities for my husband who has MND and finds stairs challenging. The Receptionist quickly amended our booking and arranged the four poster bedroom which is on the same level as the dining room/bar/lounge. Delicious food. Spacious bedroom with comfy bed and luxurious bathroom. We would definitely want to return for another stay.

Sarah and her daughters were great hosts - very friendly and helpful with info on the surrounding area. The room was lovely, a spacey double with a comfy bed and power shower. The cooked breakfast was a treat in the morning. Would recommend 10/10 stay thank you Sarah! I will never be camping at Glastonbury again!
