Caravan was very nice, clean and nice location, 10/15 min walk depending how fast you walk to station or bus or taxi service if needed for those like me who don't drive but if do plenty of parking. Entertainment was really good in clubhouse. Everyone in reception, clubhouse throughout site helpful and friendly. We had a fabulous stay. Thank you Norman and Louise for allowing my grandsons and I to rent your lovely holiday home. Highly recommend

We stayed previously in 2021 and loved the caravan so decided to return for another family holiday.
Caravan is in a perfect location on a lovely site,has everything you need swimming pool,arcade,club house,shop etc.
Caravan is a good size and has everything you need kettle,toaster,microwave etc.

New sofas and dining table since we came last time wich is a nice new addition

The Knight's Rest is ideally located near pubs, restaurants, shops and the cliff lift to the beach. There's ample parking which can be an issue elsewhere. It's a lovely property. It's really charming and the rooms are comfy and spotless. The owners are lovely and friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home. Breakfast is very tasty and there's a lounge, conservatory and pretty garden to enjoy. It's also extremely good value for the area.

Breakfast and evening meal excellent. The decor of the common areas quirky but good. Staff very friendly. Swimming pool nice and warm and outside area nice amount of comfy chairs.
Have been here 4 times now, location very good, prices cheaper than other nearby hotels, bar is ok too. Single room adequate and comfy, shower good. Mitch at reception and barman was excellent as ever, a brilliant man, the best ever tbh and Denise/James were friendly too, worth a mention.
