I have stayed here twice now whilst needing to be in central London for work. At the price point (£145 per night) it's the best I've found. Comfy bed, good air conditioning, window that opens, TV that actually works and let's you log in to Netflix/iPlayer, surprisingly quiet road. When travelling for work, priority one is just a solid nights sleep and this has been better than the travel lodges / premier inns I've tried.

Location was perfect. Bigger apartment than expected and great facilities. Nice outside space and cool warehouse conversion vibe. Appreciated coffee pods and lots of bedding/towels. I used the sofa bed (super comfy) and friend stayed in the bedroom upstairs. Lots of space for two people.

First of all I wouldn’t guess the owners are new to B&B. This place has everything. Great quiet location, amazingly decorated, comfy beds, everything was super clean. Little pods for washing machine, hair conditioner etc.. super amazing. The communication with owner was super easy and helpful. I highly recommend this place for anyone who comes to London and wants to stay close to centre, sleep soundly at night and want to stay in nice clean and comfy environment.

I was lucky enough to have a room on floor 10 which offered a fantastic view over the London city skyline through a huge panoramic window, laying in a super comfy bed with the air conditioning on, drinking nespresso coffee. What's not to like? Nice warm shower with a range of elemis products to wash and rehydrate you. Very clean, 5 min walk to Waterloo or local tube literally across the road along with a plethora or local bars. Definitely worth a look for a city break in London.

The location was perfect because it was right to Victoria station which was great for us ! The room was small but we were only there to sleep and not spend all day there so it was perfect for us, the bed was comfy and you could tell that it was clean the bathroom was also perfectly clean . Great options on the tv and the air conditioning was amazing
