The room was spotless when we arrived and the size of the room and shower room was much appreciated, as was the super king-size bed. The location was very convenient- only a few minutes from the main square and an easy walk to the beach. Breakfast was first class and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Parking was a few minutes walk away but not a problem. The hotel deserves its 'superb' rating on Booking.com.

Stayed Bnb for a few days last week. Loved the room with the patio doors. Breakfast buffet was scrumptious! Love a full English. The evening food was so good we ate in every night. Nice bar with comfy seats to collapse in. Right opposite the Victoria memorial so minutes to get to the seafront and only short walk into town. Staff friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay there. X

The property is well kept but a bit dated. The rooms were large enough and the bed was comfy. The shower was hot and powerful. The breakfast was exceptional.

Beach is a flat 5minute walk - perfect! Town is a 7min walk away Good amount of space for 4 people (3 of us but with two double bedrooms it would be easy for 4) All of the little amenities - utensils, towels, cleaning bits… it was like a home from home Bedding was lovely and comfy Great communication from our host Lisa Recommendations: -The coffee machine didn’t have pods, so bring these with you -We couldn’t park on the street but parked within a street away, always able to find a spot so don’t over worry like I did

What an amazing find. We’d planned on staying at a hotel then this popped up. 4 adults + a dog. Huge rooms, comfy beds, quiet (out of camping season, can’t comment on peak season peace). There is no WiFi but the 4G is quick. No TV but who needs it when away with friends. Lovely friendly staff. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone.
