The caravan had all we needed except some towels, there was lots of games for the children, we had a minor issue which was dealt with very quickly by James, easy check in.

Absolutely love this place, it may not be lavish but it's enough for a couple and this is 2nd time in less than 2 weeks we stopped here. Beds are super comfy, rooms are warm, shower is so hot and good pressure and the staff who's on is so polite and happy to help. And best of all a good price!
Beautiful place, very private and safe, perfect for couples not interested in bed and breakfast type of establishments. Had air conditioning, tv and very good shower. To access room you need a door code not key so you thankfully never had the risk of losing your keys and being locked out, bed is sooo comfy and it’s so quiet and peaceful.
Great sized room, king-size bed, 2 comfy armchairs, great wardrobe space with hangers (but you might want to bring a few extra depending on the length of your stay) great TV, nice ensuite shower room. Long stay carpark just round the corner and main promenade less than a 5 min walk and you'll not he too far from South Pier and Central Pier with a tram stop right opposite St Chad's Road where the hotel is situated.
Locations great , in dyer need of a Refurb, draughty window , I'll fitted worn carpet, only one bedside cabinet and the one lamp not working.Mattress not very comfy
The apartment was really lovely clean with really comfy beds with nice fresh towels had coffee machine with pods lovely bowl fruit kitchen diner was lovely I would definitely stay here again highly recommend this apartment
We were attending a gig at the nearby Waterloo Bar (walking distance). We had room 2 which has a seaview for 2 nights. Could not fault it! The room was spotless, lovely and warm with a sea view you can look at from the really comfy bed. Lots of coffee pods for the coffee machine. Owner was on hand to park us up outside the front of the hotel. Bargain price for the location. Velvet coaster spoons nearby for breakfast. Thanks Evo & Tina for a lovely stay! Would defo stay again!
Comfy bed, spacious wardrobe, bedside cabinets with draws, plenty of stuff for a hot drink, staff were friendly and dealt with an issue we had with the shower promptly, offered to change us to a different room
food was excellent,room was very clean mattress was very comfy and if i had to find something to complain about it would be the fact we went in the heatwave and there is no air conditioning in the room but on saying that we never thought to ask reception if they had a fan of which they would have provided one so thats my fault .
