We had a junior suite, which was very comfortable and had a large comfy bed and big bathroom. We parked at the hotel. Air conditioning was excellent. The hotel is located in the old town only a few minutes walk from Plaza Mayor, so lots to see and do nearby. There is a 24 hour supermarket nearby. Excellent hotel for a 3 star. Calm oasis in a busy city.
Such a nice hotel with some really cool memorabilia. The staff are very friendly. We booked a superior king room with a city view on the 7th floor which has some lovely views. The bed was comfy, the air conditioning was very good and needed as it was 39 degrees one day. This hotel also benefits from a Roxy garden with comfortable loungers a bar and a pool which was AGAIN required as it was so hot. We also went up to the Roof Top bar which again nice decor and beautiful views of the city and sunset all in all 10/10.
Small room perfect for one person with a comfy bed and air conditioning. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location of the place is excellent close to Gran Vía!
Everything was amazing!
The beds were comfy, air conditioning in the room and everything you need. The bathroom and shower were clean and spacious the hostel location is right at the center of Madrid. The highlight is definitely the people! The hostel stuff are absolutely amazing! Gave me tips on the city and helped me feel welcome. In the morning there is complementary breakfast for free which is so welcoming. Also each day there are group activities that start at the hostel then continues to the city. This place made my stay in Madrid!!

This apartment is absolutely fabulous! Comfortable, extremely spotless, great location, has a lift! The bed is very comfy, shower works perfect, kitchen well equipped, the coffee pods were a lovely little touch! Susana was so friendly and fantastic at communicating with us and greeted us upon arrival! Thank you, we'll definitely be back! 😀

Had all facilities could need. Kitchen facilities in particular were great.
