The location was perfect for us, close to food and convention centre. Reverse cycle air conditioning was efficient. Full fridge which was great. My husband is mobility challenged and uses a walker, the lift goes right to the basement which was perfect for going in and out by car for him. The bed was comfy. Not a lot of view but we were there to visit family so this did not worry us.

It’s a glamping tent. Don’t compare them to a 5 star hotel, but they are 5 star camping site. It’s heaps better than what we expected. The tent was very clean and comfortable. Especially the bed! Very soft and I had one of the best sleep in my life there. Highly recommend the place for anyone who wants to try something called glamping.

Great glamping tents, so clean, comfy bed and cozy! Great activities for the kids and being able to go into the park out of hours made the trip so much better! Breakfast was also delicious.

I cannot speak more highly of Healing Garden Retreat and particularly John and Jessica who are the most welcoming hosts. It is an intimate retreat with only a few cabins. The cabins and surrounds are just like Bali in the mountains and have a very grounding feel. John went above and beyond to talk us through the benefits of the sauna, cold bath and magnesium spa. Which we really enjoyed. They also took their time to sit and talk with us which was very genuine. We left calm and rejuvenated. Would we go back. Absolutely Yes.

The dinner was amazing, so much good food and variety. The staff were friendly and helpful, I felt really welcomed into the hostel. And I love the pods, you have your privacy and don’t feel like you’re sharing the space with 100 people. Comfy beds and I’d be happy to stay here again.

Dinner is delicious with a good variety. Breakfast was tasty too. The pods are very comfy. Towel, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hairdryer and straightener provided. Lights out by 9pm and everyone is told to be quiet. Location is ideal for Surfers Paradise.

The room was better than the average size. We had a king-size bed that was very comfortable. The pillows were very comfortable, too. The bar and deck by the pool are a great spot to relax. Check out is 11, which is great. There is more that is good than bad about this hotel. The comfy bed, location and great restaurant next door are all reasons why we would book this hotel again.

The room was ok but the air conditioning was so noisy and we had the fan down as low as it would go. Eventually it became like white noise and we went to sleep but it was pretty annoying. The hotel is in a great position and the staff were lovely but it's quite a tired hotel. Having said that - the bed was comfy and the room wasn't too small - so it's a bit of you get what you pay for really.

We got upgraded to deluxe villa, we booked basic cabin. Clean, comfy, had BBQ at villa ( we did not have time to use) . Glasses, plates, cutlery, big fridge/freezer , micro, had everything. Hot shower, great pressure. Big living room/dining. We did not use other facilities, like pool, playground, BBQ area etc. Main bedroom had TV, plus TV in living room. Nice staff. Great location for us, Nobbys beach/Miami. Very quite, thought it would be more noisy , in a camping, caravan park. Really enjoyed it. Free WiFi.
