The units in the farm stay have private entrance and are fitted with free toiletries and a CD player. I visited Homestay Tây on my first night out of Saigon. I initially planned on only spending one night, but the family was so amazing I decided to stay two. I would have stayed longer if I had time. Ngọc Anh and her family made me feel welcome the moment I arrived. The room is basic but was clean and had good a/c, if you choose to use it. They fed me well both nights and each day, the second night making Báhn xèo, one of my favorite Viet dishes. The second day, Ngọc Anh showed me a local waterfall, then we stopped for me to buy a tree which I planted in their garden. They have two adorable kitties and three dogs, plus goats, chickens, and even a monkey! Nature is abundant and it is quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. Do yourself a favor and stay a night (or two!) You will not regret it.

Cát Tiên Hotel provides rooms in Cat Tien. With a garden, the 1-star farm stay has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. There is free private parking and the property offers paid airport shuttle service. Owner was extremely friendly, hospitable and helpful. We arrived way earlier than expected (during the night) and were still given our room hassle-free. The accommodation was very new and clean.
