I’m always a little nervous booking a property especially when there are no reviews, but this place did not disappoint! We had a group of six women out for a Saturday night getaway and our preference was to stay in one location vs multiple hotel rooms at a higher price. The unit is on the top floor of an old post office. It’s a stunning industrial farmhouse feel with 3 bedrooms and 3 newly renovated, stylish baths. We had more than enough room for the six of us. There is also a rooftop deck with a hot tub and the view is spectacular!

I love staying here! Rooms are large w comfortable chairs, dining table , fridge and microwave in the room. Location is so convenient . I love to pop into town and go to the new Cumberland farms. Great coffee and breakfast, treats, pizza, and more.

The motel is a typical style but very well kept, in and out of doors, much care has been done to its surroundings. A little oasis with small areas to enjoy gardens, pool, and view of the neighboring farm. Great coffee and light breakfast, and very friendly owners. Convenient location. Just lovely and comfortable.

Location is perfect with a private beach and many amenities (pool, hot tub, activities room). The kitchenette was very convenient and the rooms are cozy. I particularly appreciated the farmhouse doors that not only saved room within the space, but also served as a light blocking source from the early morning sun.

Seemed to be a family franchise. Staff was very pleasant and attentive.

Location was perfect for us: convenient transport links, visiting family in the area, and close to Harvard. Situation across the road from Pemberton Farms grocery store was very convenient for buying breakfast, since none available in the Inn; but free tea and coffee available in the reception area was very helpful. Felt secure and reasonably at home; we've stayed here several times now and will return.

The aesthetics of modern farmhouse, the cleanliness, the ease of moving about the property, the great location and friendly greeting will bring us back!
