We absolutely loved this place and felt very welcomed by these two hosts. The farm is a unique place, beautiful and peaceful. Food from Mrs Wanpen is amazing, organic and from the garden. Wood cabins are perfect to rest and hear the nature nightlife ! We don't understand how some comments are this negative. Some people should question their abilities to travel further than modern hotels ! 😉 We are beyond grateful and wish we could have stay longer. Best booking in Thailand so far !!

Situated in Kanchanaburi, within 22 km of Hellfire Pass Museum and 19 km of Lawa Cave, บ้านไร่ชายทุ่ง features accommodation with a garden as well as free private parking for guests who drive. The air-conditioned accommodation is 24 km from Chong Khao Khat. The farm stay has family rooms.
Location was good, tucked away on a quiet street. The room and surroundings had a rustic charm. Free hot water outside for tea and coffee making.
We loved the location and setting in the jungle. We loved how rustic it was and the standard of customer service from the staff was exceptional. We loved the kayaking and the ease with wish we could book travel and activities. We adored the gardens and the museum was very moving.
nice location (very rural), good spot on the river view bungalows. large property. if visiting from abroad you’ll find this very tropical and interesting.
Warm water in otherwise dirty bathroom. Based in to general cleaning status of the hotel, bedbugs were not seen against all expectations. Hotel may look and smell like animal shelter but farm animals were not seen inside even during raining.
Fantastic location on the river, great rustic feel and unique experience.. Friendly and helpful staff - special thanks to the Wii who went above and beyond offering us great food quite late in the night
