The location was fantastic, loved the rural ambience and the birdsong. Just right for relaxing and reading books! The breakfast was perfect.

Really comfy, warm and clean, everything we needed. Great large bed. Lovely hosts, great communication. Coffee, tea, biscuits and farm milk provided. Free netflix, wifi. Nice deck and felt private.

We were in town for a family get-together, so this property was really close to where we needed to be, nice and private, and a great place to relax. Loved the rural aspect. Quiet and spacious. It was useful to have Netflix available. Great communication with the hosts who are very friendly and helpful, and once we found the property, access was easy.

Nice quiet spot about 5 minutes drive from Matakana township. Lovely rural outlook, especially at this time of the year with all the autumn leaves. Beautiful and new little barn style cottage. Very clean and tidy. We had a lovely stay and would come back again.

There was plenty of breakfast food and treats. The location was lovely, peaceful, private and rural, and very handy to our family wedding at Waterfall Farm.

Beautiful accom, beautiful surrounds, Kaye is an amazing woman - take the time to chat to her! Comfortable bed, love that shower! There are 4 upstairs rooms in the B'n'B, and a shared farmhouse-style kitchen downstairs, but we virtually had the place to ourselves.

The farm house was exactly what we were looking for - it wasn’t too remote but yet with convenience of just being a 30 mins drive to the city centre. The facility was spacious and excellent, very well kept and clean. The host was extremely friendly and warm - overall a very wonderful stay for our first trip to New Zealand and Auckland.

Great value property - lovely rural location with rolling farmland views, fully equipped clean & comfortable house, only a few minutes from Tuakau & Pukekohe. Hard to beat!

Its very unique and comfortable property. it felt like home away from home. The ambience was beautiful inside the farmhouse and the view outside magnificent. Tracy’s breakfasts were generous and delicious. we had a fantastic time.
