Our room had a gorgeous view to the bay. In the garden there were so many beautiful flowers and rustic plants. To get to our place we needed to climb some stairs which looked like we were in a movie. The room was close to the water and had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. We had a lovely stay!
The mini-farm feel with grape vines, fig trees and sheep was unexpected but very enjoyable. The view of the mountains was great.

Very spacious, comfortable room, newly built with kitchen and all amenities, including aircon. The owners are very friendly and provided water, coffee and a bottle of wine. The homestay is in the hills about 20 minutes from kotor, along a farm track, providing peace and quiet and a great veiw.
The place is absolutely amazing, from the moment you are greeted by Ana, our fantastic host, to the breathtaking views of the Boka Bay from the room. The room is well furnished, clean, modern yet rustic at the same time, there are a couple of lounge areas by the house, and the pool will be your favorite place to hang out, either swimming or overlooking the Bay. This place is an absolute gem, we will be coming back as soon as it's available. Book quickly! :)
Rustic but modern and a nice spacious 2 bedroom apartment.
Nice well equipped apartment few steps from the sea. Risan is a lovely city - 20 min drive from Kotor, but prices in cafes around 50% lower. Smokvica beach next to apartment- serves drinks and snacks and offers paid sunbeds and umbrellas, but there is large clean public beach as well. Convenient parking in front of the apartment. Good internet. Air conditioner in each room. Weekly farmers market every Sunday in Risan to buy fruits & veggies, prosciutto and cheese, etc.
Great location. Only 1 minute from the sea. Beautiful location and private area on the beach. Very friendly apartment owners. There are several restaurants and oyster farms nearby. Comfortable terrace overlooking the sea. Recommended.
