It’s in the middle of the countryside and basically you are on a working farm with spectacular buildings from the early 1800s. The rooms are lovely and the breakfast, which was brought to us in the garden, was delicious and generous. Everywhere you look on the property there is a comfortable and private place to relax and enjoy your surroundings. but what really makes this place special is the warm and inviting owners who treat you like family. We will be back!

Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. Chiara our host went above and beyond our expectations welcoming us like family. Our bedroom was exceptionally clean and well appointed with underground heating! The rural setting is divine as is Chiara's homemade cooking using many ingredients from their land or sourced locally. We cannot speak highly enough of our stay and so far it has been our favourite place to visit after travelling two weeks in Italy. The village is rustic and rural and the town of Berceto offers genuine Italian life. We did not want to leave this magical place both Chiara and her husband Davide have worked hard to create. 100 out of 10!
