The room floor was 2 years old , and everything is pretty new and very nice decorated. The room was spacious and very elegant. Bathroom super clean and well-decorated, even with a plant. The garden is small but very comfy. They put nice decorations as well, bench, hammock, sun batching bed, etc... very nice view as the building is on top of hill. Barbara prepared breakfast, simple but delicious. I will definitely come back again.

Top Breakfast, the hosts are very kind and generous, very clean rooms, beautiful pool area (butterlies everywhere 😍), absolutly a place to recommend

The property is located in the most amazing setting, you feel a bit like in a postcard, surrounded by nature! The hosts were very kind and gave us some great recommendations for the area. We will definitely be back! Just a note, if you want to eat there you need to let the hosts know beforehand, otherwise there are some great restaurants in the nearby villages.

Situated in Gradara, in a historic building, 17 km from Oltremare, Terra di Gradara is a recently renovated farm stay with pool with a view and garden. Beautiful, very clean accomodation. Family like atmosphere, homemade food, beautiful environment surrounded by the vineyard and olive grove. We had very calm stay, we were chilling by the pool most of the time, having some trips nearby, also visited beaches, which are 10 min drive. Breakfast were exceptional, very tasty. Also the meals in the restaurant and drinks from the pool bar were great, at high level. We will come back for sure.

Our host was a very accommodating, kind lady. she recommended a dinner spot for us and called ahead to reserve a table on our behalf. The room was very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
