Both Anna and Fabrizio (the hosts) are very knowledgeable about the area and they gave us excellent recommendations about what to see and do. After a day exploring the region, dinner at the restaurant was simply idyllic with mouthwatering dishes to die for. Can't wait to return.

Lovely location, house was well laid out. Had everything we needed! There were no other guests at the farm house when we booked so that was a nice surprise. The apartment we were in was for 5 people and worked well for our needs 3 beds in one room and the second had a double bed. The location of the property is remote so you would need a car. It had all the amenities you would expect from a holiday rental. The pool isnt heated but its all very well maintained and clean.
The farmhouse is located in a beautiful spot with great views. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Lots of books and board games (in Italian). The best stay we had in Italy, and the best and most beautiful area. The hosts don't speak much English, but are keen to help with anything.
Massimo and his family were so warm and welcoming. They made us two of the best meals of our entire trip in Italy - with wine, olive oil and produce made at their farm. We are both gluten and dairy intolerant, and not only were they able to accommodate us, but they went any above and beyond. We were overwhelmed by the incredible hospitality we received and felt like royalty in their home. The apartment was simple, rustic and charming in the best way. The location is peaceful and has an amazing view.

Pet friendly, we felt cared for and welcomed. Views of a rural typical Tuscany landscape with tracks to walk. Feeling of past agriculture activity, lovely views, peaceful. We’d go back if on the same travel route again.
What a gorgeous historical farmhouse! Absolutely stunning!!! It was exactly what we expected and the breakfast was exceptional; the croissants and the cappuccinos….absolutely delicious!!! As well as eggs and meat and anything you wanted!!! Thank you so much! We loved our stay!
Amazing experience of the Italian countryside on this farm. Very friendly hosts, nice large and clean apartment. Decent swimming pool. Decent breakfast. Perfect for two people if you’re going to Rome or the vicinity and also want to experience a rural area. You’ll also save a lot of money compared to a downtown hotel in Rome. All in all, very fun experience.
This hotel exceeded our expectations for Rome. We stayed in 12 hotels/farmstays over 4 weeks for our European trip (Holland, Italy, Paris) and this was one was the absolute best value. The bed was in the top 3, the room was very spacious for a major city hotel and the bathtub would have been amazing if it wasn't 36 degrees out. I was tempted to have an ice bath but I had no access to ice.
Lovely country farmhouse style - spotlessly clean. Warm welcome and advice given by owner. Recommended a fabulous restaurant for dinner. The breakfast was exceptional.
Set in a semi-rural location on the outskirts of Rome, this converted farmhouse was a great spot to get over jet-lag for a couple of days before heading into the city to stay and see the sights. A short train ride to Castel Gandolfo. The hotel is comfortable, lovely pool, and the buffet breakfast is delicious with friendly staff!! A free shuttle is offered from the local Metro station which is very handy.
Nicely renovated old farm house with cosy rooms in a rural area. Perfectly located for relaxing hikes and as a base to explore the nearby mountain villages. Offers a good breakfast for a very reasonable price. The owner is very friendly and has good recommendations on villages to be seen or walks to be made.
