I am still puzzled to this day, why an accommodation of this quality is located in the middle of nowhere. This place is absolutely brand new (as of 2024.10). It has everyting you would expect from a 4* hotel, but in the countryside of middle of Italy. Great breakfast. Was a bit worried about the sound of the highway nearby, but the rooms are soundproofed really good. Got recommendations for local restaurants from the host (they are driving distance away). The restaurant under the accommodation did not work the night we stayed there.

We felt so relaxed here and wish we stayed longer than a one night stop- over. The staff were all so welcoming & friendly. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the gardens. Everything was perfect. The property and the surroundings are beautiful. The breakfast and the dinner at the restaurant were very delicious. We really enjoyed the tour on the balsamic vinegar production and how attentive the family was with us. They put extra work to run the Agriturismo, the restaurant and the Acetaia, and are still very attentive to the guests, which we really appreciate. We will come back for sure!
