Set on a traditional Icelandic farm, Setberg Guesthouse is located outside of Höfn, a 14-minute drive from the seaside village centre. Location, room, facilities everything was perfect.

Set on a working cow farm, these cottages feature a hot tub, kitchenette and terrace with BBQ facilities. All have picturesque views of Eyjafjöll Mountain. Iceland’s Ring Road is 2 km away. Awesome little cabin right off the ring road. We loved the open space, the stay on the farm, then found it very enjoyable to hike up behind the cabin up to the ravine behind. My teenage boys loved the hot tub. A beautiful area with so much to see. We would stay here again without a second thought.

This hotel is set on a farm within the Golden Circle Region, 15 minutes’ drive from Gulfoss Waterfall and Geysir hot water springs. Very affordable for Icelandic standards, with a great location and a large explorable property. You can see how farm life integrates with running a hotel and there are a lot of nice tidbits about cheese making or other infos on food production. Clear and extremely fresh water from the mountainside. Very good breakfast, with a large selection and even pancakes (which is not very common in Europe). View of the cattle from the breakfast room.

Set within 8.3 km of Seljalandsfoss and 38 km of Skogafoss Waterfall, Stóra-Mörk III Guesthouse provides rooms in Stora Mork. This farm stay offers free private parking and a shared kitchen. Everything was absolutely perfect! We already booked one more night for next week :-)

4 km mula sa Route 1, 25 minutong biyahe ang family-run guesthouse na ito mula sa Höfn. The guesthouse is on a sheep farm in a rural area about halfway between Jokulsarlon and Hofn. It was a perfect location for the ice cave/glacier tour and beautiful for viewing norther lights at night! The breakfast is very filling with fresh breads, meat, cheese, fruit and yogurt. Our room with private bathroom was located in a row of small cottages outside the main guesthouse. It was very comfortable, quiet and spacious.

Situated within 13 km of Seljalandsfoss and 41 km of Skogafoss Waterfall in Hólmabæir, Rauðuskriður farm offers accommodation with seating area. One of the best Cabin we stayed during our Iceland trip. Comfortable for 2 pax. We saw Aurora just next to Cabin at around 11pm. So lucky and will be nice memory to remember.

Situated in Vík, Giljur Guesthouse features accommodation with seating area. The property has mountain and garden views, and is 27 km from Skogafoss Waterfall. The house was lovely. Nice kitchen. I loved the heated bathroom floors! One bathroom had a shower that was big and another bathroom had a shower/tub. The rooms were clean and large and very nice. Big windows.

Surrounded by the continuous landscape of South Iceland, Skammidalur Guesthouse offers accommodation only 7 km from Vík. You can view Reynisdrangar, Reynisfjall and Dyrhólaey from the property. Clean and quiet - nice place to stay
