Niamh was a delightful hostess who immediately made us feel welcome. The property and its surroundings are beautiful and the view spectacular. We wish we had left more time to explore the property, hike down to the lake, see all the animals and soak in the relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious and the dining area in the old farmhouse is charming. The bedroom and bathroom were comfortable and very clean.

The Farmhouse is at a beautiful location and you can see the owners just think of every little detail. We could have stayed there forever. For breakfast you get everything fresh from the farm itself. You can see where it all came from, when you take a stroll along the farm walk. Everything was just perfect.

Charming Farmhouse B&B in the heart of the country

Stunning location. Beautifully decorated old farmhouse. Our room was lovely with gorgeous views. The owner is delightful and she has literally thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. There’s a fridge and wine glasses in the room Which is great as the property is remote and too need a car.

This farmhouse is absolutely beautiful. The surroundings are breathtaking and Niamh was a superb host.

Beautiful house surrounded by what looked like stables and smaller farm houses. Room with ensuite was huge and was clean and so comfortable, I slept like a log. Bathroom was split into 3, with a large atrium with freestanding bath, then a built in shower and separate toilet and sink. Beautiful sitting room downstairs and delicious breakfast with really friendly team, everyone we met was lovely. Also keep an eye out for their three absolutely beautiful doggies 🥰

A beautiful farmhouse in a stunning location. Spotlessly clean, lovely decor and one of the best breakfasts we've had. Niamh is a superb baker and cook.

Naimh was a wonderful host. Being a fifth generation resident of the farmhouse she was a font of knowledge of "what to do" in this most beautiful part of Ireland. The views over the valley were tranquil and spectacular. There couldn't be a better place to recover from jetlag! Irish hospitality at it's best.

The farmhouse is very clean and there are plenty of welcoming touches in the rooms such as bath robes and quality delph. The views from the property are outstanding and their farm walks down to the lakes are great fun. (They even had wellies free to borrow). We had a very comfortable sleep. It was lovely to see all the animals and staff were approachable and friendly. Plenty of local attractions are only a very short drive away so you’ll be spoilt for choice with things to do in the area!

Location was stunning far exceeded any exceptions and photos of the property, the private walks through the forests down to the lake was amazing. The feel of the farm house was a experience in itself, breakfast was wonderful every need was fully catered too. Couldn’t fault this place in anyway!
