We could make orange juice for us every morning and had great breakfasts on the terrace which is on the top of the house. Also could use the barbecue grill. Loved to stay here for 3 nights.

Koumos ligger i Kalyves, tæt på Kolatsos Strand og 1,7 km fra Hermans Strand. Der er balkon med udsigt over den indre gårdhave, have og bar. The property is stunning and that alone worth visiting. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I have arrived very late at night and in preparation for that I was sent detailed instructions along with images as to how to find my room. They went over and beyond to help me with my late arrival. The room and its terrace is very charming and made me feel like I am in a special place. Everything was clean and tidy. The bed is very firm so if you struggle with that there is a duvet cover in the cupboard so you could put that under the sheet to soften it up a bit. I like my mattress firm so I had no problem with this. The fridge and boiler were off on arrival so if you need this it’s good to switch off immediately. The hot water comes instantly once the boiler is switched on. Don’t know how long the fridge would need as I had no need of it but I assume not long. They make excellent coffee and traditional Cretan filled pastry so you will be sorted for breakfast while you will be enjoying the sights of the beautiful property.
