The lovely farmhouse was fitted out exceptionally well. The beautiful views from every window made for a restful and calm ambiance. Hosts were very helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay.
A very quaint converted hay barn. We loved the rural views, the room was cute although it was very cold until I got the heating working ( never really worked in the shower room. Be aware it is only porridge in the room which was fine for us on this occasion . The bed was comfortable although only 3 pillows not 4.
A comfortable annex of a pretty old farmhouse style building has been turned into accommodation. The large room was home from home, big enough for a sofa area to have tea/coffee. The host was welcoming and attentive but with the main accommodation being in another part of the house, the accommodation was still private. The English breakfast was beautifully cooked. The property was a mile from town so was rural but close enough to walk to and from.
We liked everything such a lovely place to stay quiet and peaceful room was big and comfortable with lovely view from our window, breakfast was lovely and we loved the big farmhouse breakfast table i thouroughly recommend for a relaxing peaceful weekend
We absolutely adored staying at The Barn!!! The beautiful main living room/kitchen is spacious and well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. The large windows allow views of the gardens. We enjoyed our morning coffee in the outside seating area every day while listening to the birds. There are plenty of restaurant/pub options within walking distance as well as a small farm store. It is a perfect place to stay! We can't recommend it more highly.
Typical farmhouse in lovely surroundings. We had a very spacious room and a large comfortable bed. The hosts were welcoming and the breakfast just to our taste.
The hosts were very friendly, kind and helpful. The farm is in a rural area and not particularly difficult to find (my satnav found it easily). You really are in a beautiful area that is worth experiencing! Breakfast was excellent and the hosts went out of their way to make me feel welcome and to help.
Wonderful atmospheric rural farm house with beautiful garden room for breakfast. Excellent fruit salad and full breakfast in a tranquil atmosphere.
