There is a seating area and a kitchenette complete with a stovetop and kitchenware. The property has an outdoor dining area. The host sent good directions to find the property- we had no issues despite having no phone signal. The cabin is beautiful and perfectly formed - a very cost space with everything you need for a couple of nights away. The log burner was an excellent feature and kept us nice and toasty during our chilly November visit. It was lovely of the hosts to stock this with logs, firelighters and matches. The bed was comfortable and big enough for 2. The cabin had electric lighting and hot water, and the host even provided a battery pack to charge phones. The location was incredibly peaceful, tucked away on a large farm and in a valley. There was a lovely stream running through the large fenced garden which was lovely to sit by in the evening, and my dog loved paddling. It was very quiet and relaxing - my anxious reactive dog was in his element as soon as he leapt out of the car! Wonderful stay.

Nice rural quiet location. Spacious property inside with plenty of communal space and quiet bedroom areas. Lovely decking area to sit morning or evening. Potential dark sky location. Picturesque old style farm house building near property.
Oak beams, wooden floors, rustic farmhouse feeling. Quirky decor with a large wood burner stove. Plenty of room for two of us to relax in. John was very friendly. He met us on arrival and welcomed us by having the fire lit and the electric blanket switched on. Lovely views from a large window overlooking the gardens.
The house was a rustic, traditional, North-Walian farmhouse in a superb location. It felt rural and peaceful yet it was only a 5 minute drive from facilities in Bala. A great base for sight-seeing in Gwynedd. We would definitely return.
Rustic farmhouse building adjacent to the owner in the hills between Denbigh and Mold, peaceful location, well stocked good size kitchen, small living room, large upstairs bedroom/bathroom, good wifi, excellent welcome pack of drinks and local food, charming owner and plenty of useful local information.
Lovely location and surroundings. The barn had what we needed for our stay and is very rustic. The owner is superb with communication and provided lots of information about the local area. Also supplied wood etc. for the fire. The pool wasn’t open at this time of year but that would be a fabulous bonus in the summer months. Lots of good walks and peace and quiet. Close to major towns like Oswestry and Wrexham if needed but still very rural, which is what we like.
Farmhouse style converted to B&B, easy walk to town, quiet & comfortable.
