Quiet and seemingly isolated yet a short ten minute walk to a picturesque village. Breakfast was outstanding. Our very spacious room was spotlessly clean and ensuite bathroom was 6 star. Huge bath and seperate shower; all looked brand new.

Extraordinary Huts Ltd, a property with a garden and barbecue facilities, is situated in Rye, 41 km from Eastbourne Miniature Steam Railway Adventure Park, 42 km from Eastbourne Pier, as well as 45 km... After a bit of a confusion, the host (Johnny) reacted very quickly and went great lengths to make sure that we were fine and satisfied. There was local pub at walking distance (through a pretty path),with great food and friendly staff. Johnny even set up the wood for us to light a fire after the evening meal. It was a very special evening! Thank you!

The location is beautiful, among the scenic and romantic Yorkshire dales, the house atmospheric and very comfortable, the breakfast excellent and Pauline and her family very friendly, kind and helpful.
