Simple, rustic, kind, cozy, great food and perfect location!!
The property was very spacious with every mod com. The view from the terrace of Bonifacio was wonderful and yet the property was situated in such a lovely quiet and rural location. It was an easy 10 minute drive to the Boulangerie or into town. In the other direction 10 minute drive to an idyllic beach. The swimming pool was a decent size and well maintained.
The place is right at the beach with various restaurants in the close vicinity that one can easily walk to. Supermarket, farmacy, bakery, etc all reachable by foot. The place has all you need.
Nicolo was a great host. Very attentive. Also a superb cook. Enjoyed farm table dinners
Our stay at the family-run ranch was truly memorable. The warm hospitality made us feel like part of their family, and the genuine care and attention to detail were exceptional.
This guest house is several km out of Corte in a semi-rural location. The immediate environment is attractive with a large garden and surrounding fields. There is also a nearby wood/plantation of cork trees. Our host was very welcoming and attentive, and he provided some excellent advice on local walking tracks, and routes to take and places to visit more remotely. There was a very good continental breakfast that included various cheeses and yoghurt.
Rustic and very cosy.
This rental is on a working farm/ranch that is in a beautiful setting with flowers, trees and beautiful views of the mountains and lake. Only noise is that of cows mooing in the morning. We had the most amazing authentic Corsican dinner which was prepared by the Corsican owners of the property and staff, all made with farm and ranch fresh ingredients and presented in beautiful stoneware pottery. We dined overlooking farm/ranch and with beautiful mountain views.
Rustic corsican farmhouse. The location and views are the highlight. The dinner was excellent and included some very good homemade aperetifs and digestif. The owner is very fun and makes it a really interesting evening! Everything is homemade, so if you go expecting a gourmet buffet breakfast, you will be disappointed. However if like me you enjoy trying homemade Kiwi jam on home made bread then you will think it great.
