The wagon is very cute and comfortable and the location, between the apple trees and horses, was stunning. We really enjoyed the sauna too, that Kirstin kindly prepared for us. The spot is perfect for stargazing and early risers can see a beautiful sunrise.

The house is part of an old farm house. We had a bedroom and kitchenette with one bed. We did not know, one can not cook there (there is no stove, only a kettle etc.) We had to drive back to Nykøbing to get dinner. There were so many mosquito around there, we did get fast from the car into the house and left early in the morning for the ferry.
The bright white farm house, dating back a century, is beautifully decorated with a collection of fine antiques and carefully selected pieces of art. The owner, Christian, is a considerate host who cares about his guests. The scenic countryside and the nearby charming little Præstø make Jungshovedgaard an ideal destination for short getaways.

Super friendly owners Vita and Poul and their family! Nice rural farmland area. The house's pets and animals nearby. Very, very quiet and serene.

Loved that we had a kitchen to cook. Loved the farmhouse decor, very cozy and comfortable. We loved having the family room and the kids having the loft, they thought that was so cool. Loved that the hosts thought of kids with pee pads in case of accidents. Loved that there was a playground too and being in the country.
Everything. Marianne and Kenneth are warm and welcoming hosts, with deep roots on this singular and magical island. Their “farmhouse” is straight out of a Norse fairytale, and the rooms are comfortable and thoughtfully stocked. If the night sky is clear, sign up for Kenneth’s stargazer hour. We saw the rings of Saturn and learned many things about this vast universe. Nyord was a true highlight of our trip to Denmark!
A spacious building with large bedrooms . A new renovation of what looked like an old farm house. Everything is almost completely new. Snacks , beer , wines etc available. Excellent staff !
