A rustic summer house that feels like a time capsule from long ago. I think weather has a lot of impact on how you enjoy it: our overnight stay was in rainy and cold weather, so the conditions were not optimal. The neighboring cat was a friendly encounter!
A lovely, large apartment in a beautiful rural setting with good facilities and very comfortable beds. We would be very happy to stay again.
Thurup Hus is a truly unique experience, offering a taste of what it was like to live in a Danish farmhouse in the 1800's (without the hard work). The main house is beautifully preserved and authentic.

Gorgeous rural traditional farmhouse. No other guests. A suite. Very large bedroom. Hall area with fridge and tea and coffee facilities. Use of beautiful garden. Location near main travel routes but quiet and picturesque. Quiet and restorative after city stops. Odense worth a visit. Very nice breakfast. Good value.
