Recently refurbished rural style rooms, very close to the German border. Great place to stay for travelers. Warm room, hot water, comfortable beds, super value.

Everything was perfect, the location is superb, very calm and cozy. I like the pond with a little ship behind the farmhouse and also the stream that comes thruout the land.

Amazing location far from city noise, surrounded by nature, nice traditional farmhouse with focus on horseback riding. Traditional and tasty Czech cuisine, portions were really big, perfect draught beer. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were travelling on motorbikes and could park them in a backyard, where we did not need to worry about them. Parking was free of charge. Fast internet connection. Reasonable prices, good price/quality performance.

The location was nice as there is a horse farm there. Also there was a place to park a car

Breakfast was good for 6 Euro. The rooms are in an old barn or stable. There is a shared kitchen so its nice if you want to make something for yourself or have a cup of coffee.

In an old farm house, but modern looking. Big room and bathroom, clean. With fridge, microwave, water kettle. Parking. Close to Loket and Karlovy Vary. Not to expensive.

Barbara was terrific, professional & welcoming, as do the other staff members. The breakfast was the most diverse I've ever had and it's lovely eating on the balcony. We were upgraded to an even more spacious room with A/C. It was quiet and well decorated. I wouldn't say that the atmosphere matches the name "Romance" but I loved the rustic design.
