The 2-bedroom farm stay is equipped with a living room with a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a microwave, and 1 bathroom with free toiletries. Towels and bed linen are provided in the farm stay. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. During the hot summer, this place is ideal. Thick, stone walls make it nice and cool. The windows have screens to keep the pesty bugs out. The owner is helpful and very accommodating - a true joy. This is a farm (smells included) and I was given the opportunity to try fresh milk from his cows. It was fantastic! I lacked for nothing during my stay and easily could have stayed longer. This place would be great for a family.

It is authentic Czech house in rural area, 20 min walk until entrance to Adrspach cliffs.
We really liked the farm house atmosphere including the very friendly animals (sheep, goats, chicken, dog, cat). The house is very nice with a lot of wood, which gives it a cozy feel. Pavel the host gave us good advice for our activities and was very kind and helpful. Thanks Pavel!
This is a truly amazing place to stay. The hotel was clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is perfect, in a rural area surrounded by forests.
We had an amazing stay. We stayed at the 3 bedroom house, it was spacious clean and well equipped. Outside there were plenty of toys for the kids (trampoline, basketball etc). Or just walk around the farm and see the animals . The hosts were super nice and responsive, when we had an issue with the heating at 9pm it was addressed immediately and fixed.
My recent retreat into the mountains was truly delightful. The breakfast at Restaurace Farma was a culinary delight, served in a stylish setting. The room offered breathtaking views, and the private spa added to the tranquility. Overall, an exceptional experience.
Highly recommend. We visited in rainy day so stayed most of time in farm which has a lot of equipments for activities such as BBQ, camping fire, farm animals and kids playground! Not only kida had good time, but also grow-up were able to take a break and enjoy the view. In this warm historical wood house. Kitchen equipment was suitable and available. We were surprised the price included everything! Farm owner was really kind and helpful. Any questions he answered vey quick.

Fantastic place for families with little children. Big garden with swings, a slide, a sandpit and trampoline. The apartment was very comfortable, well equipped and roomy. We loved it!. Close to animal farm and to great tourist attractions. We appreciated late self checkin a lot.
Very friendly owner, location is very nice for family with kids - there is a playground, farm - you can feed animals there.
