His mother, Piedad, cooks all the delicious food and is much more flexible about eating times than other places I've been to. The restaurant is useful, since the place is a little off the beaten track.I got the last available accomodation on the last minute: a wooden cabin with superb views from the balcony. The double bed was very comfortable and the additional cushions were a useful detail. There is a bar run by Julian, and in the evenings everyone socialises together: staff, guests and locals, which adds to the friendly atmosphere, which winds down at midnight to allow guests the peace and quiet that they need to relax. I am so glad I went there. I can't rate this place too highly.
