We absolutely loved our stay at Matterhorn Lodge. The location is perfect, just a short stroll from the train station and very close to the bustling shopping street and a variety of restaurants. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated. It managed to blend modern amenities with a charming rustic feel. The service was exceptional; every staff member was caring and attentive. Matterhorn Lodge truly felt like a home away from home, and we will definitely be returning.

This place was fantastic! The room and all the hotel's common areas were impeccably clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable, and the internet was fast – perfect for catching up after a day of exploring. Plus, the location is just idyllic – peaceful and quiet, with beautiful rural views of trees and grazing lambs right outside the window. It was excellent value for money, and I'll definitely be staying here again whenever I'm in Visp.

The hotel was 100% satisfactory and relaxing. We loved it and would return if going back to this resort. The leisure facilities were excellent, very clean and fresh in a rustic design. Who would not come away feeling refreshed???? Amazing!

Good location, renovated apartment. Traditional and rustic with good modern bathroom. Ski and boot storage in the building and short walk to the gondola.

The chalet was magical like a fairy tail with an absolutely stunning rustic fireplace and an upstairs bedroom perfect for young children to play and enjoy watching the stars from the Heidi window with Incredible views across the valley, it was an adventure and a perfect family ski vacation.

The hotel staff were exceptionally hospitable, warm and friendly. The room was extremely pristine, clean and comfortable, and has a rustic Swiss cottage charm to it.
