Bühl 3 is a traditional farm house dating from 1899, located on the hills of Affoltern in the Emmental Region. It was a great experience to stay on a working farm in a beautiful part of Switzerland. We enjoyed a tour of the farm from our host and a great breakfast. The room was comfortable and cool even though it was a hot summer day.

The hosts, the cows, the cleanliness, the wifi, the sauna, we had everything and more as the hosts made sure we hade sledges, snow shoes, a raclette and fondue set and even gifted us cheese from their own cows. It was a perfect stay that can rarely be found these days. We ll be back.

What a gem! Anne was an excellent hostess and the apartment was clean, cozy and comfortable. Our kids are still talking about meeting the alpacas, cows and pigs. Inside the apartment, the kitchen made it easy to do a quick dinner, and as an extra bonus there was a big toy chest that all three of our kids loved. Next time we'll be sure to stay for more than one night!

Wanted a quiet place to rest for a night away from the kids. This completely fit the bill. Left rejuvenated.

Obiekt Eichhof Brienzwiler Berner Oberland położony jest w miejscowości Brienzwiler i oferuje sezonowy odkryty basen, ogród oraz taras. A good budget place for 2-3 nights stay in the country side, a good base for exploring the mountains - about 45 min drive from Stechelberg and Grindenwald, 10min from Brienz. A restaurant on site with hearty Swiss food (rosti and desserts were delicious) at good prices where locals eat - it gets booked up so best to book on the weekend (you can have the food also in the apartment if it's full). The restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. We didn't try breakfast as the dinner plates were huge. The heaters were on when we arrived. A nice Jura coffee machine prefilled with beans.
