The calm, the rural location, but near accessible cities, the outstanding welcome, the exceptional services including in-room infrared sauna, the beautiful rooms with whirlpool jets and black out automatic blinds, the A/C on that hot weekend, the 10pm jacuzzi session outside under the stars, the swimming pool, the best hosts. The amazingly comfortable bed, the minibar, the coffee and tea making facilities,. It was better than 75% of hotels and far cleaner and better finished.
Beautiful location and a great old farmhouse. Our family of 8 adults had more than enough room. There were 2 showers and a bath as well as 3 toilets. We all slept well in the beds. The huge kitchen and dining room were well stocked and a joy to be in. We didn't realise that we needed to provide our own toilet paper. However Stavelot is a few minutes drive away and is a beautiful little town worthy of exploring. We can highly recommend.
Good location next to the university area, cathedral and old town. The hotel was a quiet haven in the middle of a fairly bustling area. The staff were very helpful. The room had good facilities. The building as a whole had a rustic and historic charm in addition to its modern features.

Lovely rustic accommodation. Quiet residential/ rural location. Perfect for our stay for the Spa F1. Car essential for this and to see the sights. Great base. Host, Francoise was very friendly and helpful. Sorry our French wasn't better! Would definitely recommend and re-visit. Thank you
The owners were super friendly. Breakfast was magnificent and abundant. We were also encouraged to fill up picnic bags for our hike. There is a lot of atmosphere in this old farmhouse, which has been very tastefully decorated by the owners. The welcome drink was an unforeseen pleasant surprise.
It is a farm house like decorated place with a nice outdoor seating area in the garden and a playground for the kids. the beds are comfortable. The kitchen and the bathroom are old fashioned but okay for a vacation. There is a TV set and the Wifi.
Great host, very nice and helpful. Pleasant old farm house in Belgian village not far from Maastricht. Interesting attraction very close by e.g. fort Eben Emael
