The Barn was warm and welcoming with heating already operating to ensure our comfort. Very clean, roomy and private. The hosts very accommodating and friendly.
Everything was great, the mattress was very comfortable with the only exception being that the doona cover was not a natural fibre. This causes me to overheat however we went prepared with our own Doona so all was exceptional. I was really surprised that we could get an Uber service (attending a wedding) in such a rural area. Nespresso machine was also a great surprise. Heating on such cold nights was excellent quality. Very clean thank you.

Very comfortable set-up. Lots of little extras were supplied, including snacks, homemade jam, fresh eggs, milk and bottle of bubbles. A lovely rural setting but close to all the attractions of the Southern Highlands.
We had the best time at Canyonleigh Retreat! The place is so beautiful, the rooms are super clean and comfortable, and the entire staff is really the best! Kush is such a super host, made us feel very welcomed. The 6.5k forest walk is a must-do, it's easy to spot all the types of birds and native animals around the farm, and the food is superb. We had breakfast, the grazing box, and dinner, all delicious and made with local ingredients. I'm sure that we are coming back in no time.

Canyonleigh Retreat is a stunning farm stay. My parents and I stayed for four nights in late September 2023 and created memories that will last a lifetime. I loved the philosophy of the farm - zero waste, organic and sustainable. Our host, Kush went above and beyond in ensuring we had everything we needed. The outdoor fire pits were one of our highlights, as were our room, served breakfasts, forest walks and day trips to nearby towns.
The accommodation is situated in a beautiful rural setting, amongst the farm and the forest. There’s a lovely 6km trail we jogged in the forest.
