The hosts Rob and Tracy made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We all felt recharged and rested. We will definitely be coming back to stay at the Breakaway Farmstay again....soon

I'm so pleased I chose this as a place to stay on my Australian Road Trip. It is a real gem of a find, for a really authentic Aussie rural experience. It was a pleasure to meet with and talk with the host there, he clearly goes out of his way to make his guests feel welcome. The "Shed" had everything I needed for a very comfortable, quiet self-catered stay, including the fridge-freezer, shower and toilet in the small buildings a short walk away. It is set on an expansive rural property, with an off-grid feel yet still comfortable and cosy. I loved walking around the grounds, meeting the sheep and alpacas, hearing the frogs from the nearby pond as I went to sleep, and the cacophony of birdsong the next morning. I would like to have stayed longer, to have explored the surrounding rural area further.
