The staff are amazing. Super friendly and helpful. The 2 bedroom, sea facing, self catering chalet has a modern farm style feel and has all the amenities one requires . We visited in winter and although the chalet can be cold there are heaters, electric blankets (which was switched on before we checked in) hot water bottles and extra blankets. Spectacular sea view, which you can enjoy from the comfort of your bed.
Would love to visit in summer to take advantage of the swimming pool and outside dining area.
Perfect location as a base to explore the area around Stormsrivier. Well equipped units. Beautiful gardens and BBQ spaces. Kids and doggies loved the outdoor space. Buying Proteas fresh from the farm was an added bonus.
Caleb was an outstanding host, very helpful and informative and was always ready to answer one of the many questions I had. The farmhouse was super clean and the room I had was lovely. The shower is big with great water pressure. I cannot recommend this place enough, such a great holiday and great value for money.
Although it is not a five star lodge, we surely will stay there again. The staff were so friendly. The breakfast excellent. The location next to the highway but it felt like on a farm. I can recommend this place.
Most unusual hand-built eclectic space. The outdoors deck with rustic square table offered a sunny spot on a winters day. The highlight is the French wood-burning stove inside that warmed up the cabin beautifully. Linen was crisp and white.
Furbished with all items necessary for self-catering. A lovely view and not far from all the little shops to visit in Storms River town. An enjoyable stay on a protea farm. Great for walking and hiking in the most beautiful locations.
This place is much more beautiful than the owner's photos. We really enjoy two nights stay at the mountain Breeze with our dog, she loves the place so much. Herman and the staffs are very friendly, and it's a protea farm, it's like having your own huge garden here. Highly recommend, especially for someone travel with dog. Ps. You can get some discount voucher for nearby activities.
This is a very quiet and beautiful place,pet dogs can run in all aspects,at the same time you can enjoy the beauty of the farm flower bed.The night is very quiet,the spacious bathroom and the comfortable shower.It's worth coming back.
