The farm is in the most beautiful valley and the cottage is super cozy. The fireplace was already going to heat up the cottage when we arrived! There is a picnic area down by the river and our dogs had the best time roaming around through the fynbos. We stayed in Milkwood cottage, which has a low wall all around and it was sufficient to keep the dogs in most of the time 😉. The walking trail behind the cottage has superb views. We absolutely loved our stay!
An excellent stay in a most wonderful location; the unit was fully equipped and the farm, just outside stilbaai, was so peaceful. The self check in was easy and communication slick. We couldn’t have asked for more!

Tucked away in the serene countryside, this hidden farm offers a unique and tranquil experience. The accommodation itself is cozy yet spacious. The Long Thin Farm is more than just accommodation it's an escape to a simpler, more serene way of life.
I liked the fact that the owners of the Guest Farm take pride in ensuring cleanliness, comfort and gardens are immaculately maintained. All amenities provided for. Spectacular river view from the balcony. Crisp clean linen and super comfortable beds.

Beautiful setting - tranquil and peaceful. The whole unit is lovely and clean. Loved the fact that we could go for a walk on the farm, safe and beautiful scenery. The close proximity to all the Stilbaai restaurants and Inverroche Distillery was also an added bonus for us.
