For travelers in search of an experience, nothing says authentic country living like a stay at a private, working farm. Hosts might offer interactive kid-friendly activities or for couples, a cozy haven in an original/converted farmhouse. Breakfast is usually included – you may even be collecting the eggs yourself!
Very cozy, clean little cabin on a ranch that is very conveniently located so you can reach both Zion National Park (East entrance ca. 30 min drive) and Bryce Canyon National Park (ca. 60 min drive) easily. The pool was great. A delicious homecooked breakfast is included and can be picked up between 7 and 9 every morning. Packed lunches are available, which I loved for a day of hiking.
Everything is great. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.
Freshly made breakfast can be picked up in the farm shop every morning.
The beds are comfortable and when we asked for more blankets we got them without any problems.
The pool is clean and refreshing. All the animals are super cute.
What's not to like about a cute cabin on a small, privately owned farm, complete with a chicken welcome, goats, cattle, donkeys, horses, etc environment. Their takeout breakfast was delicious, Quiche to freshly baked goods and fresh fruit. Pick up your key on the desk in an envelope at the office, and proceed to your cabin! The grounds were well kept and you're encouraged to wander and meet the critters. We did catch a jeep tour to Peek A Boo slot canyon just down the street. Zion was a 30-40 mile switchback drive, beautiful!
Our cabin was warm, well-equipped for cooking, pleasant, and well decorated. We liked being there. The location is excellent: well-positioned for Zion, Bryce, or the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Being on a farm is lovely, with lots of animals to look at (some of which may be cuddled). It was quiet, dark, and comfortable. There is wi-fi and a Roku TV, and they're both perfectly acceptable, given the very rural location. You can stargaze from the porch!
Location! Near several National parks.
We stayed at the Garden view cottage.
The cabins are well equipped .The place is clean and charming.
We loved the homemade breakfast.
The owner and employees are very friendly. There were many farm animals from chickens, goats, donkeys, cows, horses, also hummingbirds and a cute cat!
Very nice & comfortable. Great location for day trips including easy access to Zion from the east. Loved being “on the farm”. breakfast was awesome as were our hosts. Would definitely stay again. Maybe even a little longer than the 2 days on this trip
So fun to be staying alongside a mini and tidy farmstead on a beautiful property.
