For travellers in search of an experience, nothing says authentic country-living like a stay at a private, working farm. Hosts may offer interactive kid-friendly activities or, for couples, a cosy haven in an original/converted farmhouse. Breakfast is often included — you may be collecting the eggs yourself!
Clean modern quiet kind host best fried rice on thailand great rural farm stay lots of cafe's and kitchens to discover in the area I recommend upgrading into the modern apartments
We arrived and was a bit taken aback with how rustic the accommodation was. No one else was staying so like other travellers we jumped at the chance to upgrade for an added 200baht.
The bed was really comfy and stunning view’s. This is def a place we will return too 😊
The ambiance. Rustic and quiet. It’s a library and homey. Very clean place.
Hostess provides useful information.
I was there in mid Dec and was able to see the Gemini meteor shower!
Weekend night market of more than 150 stalls is just 15 minutes’ walk away. Wifi is super strong. 7 Eleven is 30 m away. Museum and bus station all within 1 km.
This unique place is run by a local family. The individual bungalows are in perfect shape and have all amenities needed and overlooking well maintained rice and other farming fields.
There is a little cafeteria that serves a few choices for eating. The place is quiet and during night I only could hear natural sound. There is a hearty breakfast served in the morning.
A place I would stay anytime again.
We loved staying at Pan Fai during our trip to Pua. The staff was so friendly and welcoming showing us around the beautiful homestay including a textile store and workshop! The room was clean and comfortable with air conditioning and a full bathroom. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the scenery outside is beautiful. The homestay was very close to most of the places we wanted to see in Pua including the mushroom farm and many cafes. I highly recommend Pan Fai if you are planning to stay in Pua!
Great location surrounded by rice field and Mountain View, great place to relax and get away from busy life. The room was clean and great size, having a view of the pool, farmland and mountain all through the main doors.
It certainly has its USPs: a fantastic mountain view, nice&easy country walks nearby, friendly&helpful hosts, and a tribal textile workshop. With a car (which most travelers here would have), it is not far from the town, night market, or national park route. You wake up to the sound of morning roosters and farms. I would recommend you stay on the upper floor as the view from the balcony is superb!
Peaceful farming view and natural surrounding. Staffs are friendly and welcoming. Mattress is good compared to other hotels. Overall suits for those who really like peaceful living in Thai style room!
