Boutique Rooms was so nice inside! We loved everything about it!! We had the wine tasting too and the wine was very good. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night. We wished we stayed longer. The breakfast provided in the morning was the best breakfast we had on our two week trip.

The place was fine for the night but quite basic and the woman who checked me in was a little strange - not sure if it was the language barrier. The room had AC which was appreciated in late August. A beautiful view from the property, however a narrow winding drive from the township. They did offer breakfast but I wanted to leave early so declined and therefore can't comment on quality.

The property was clean and well equipped with great food and lovely hosts. Perfect place to explore the karst area and caves and we also visited the Lipicia Stud Farm and the Slovenian coast while staying here. The whole family fell in love with goats and was great to see the Stalks nesting on the property too.

For some reason I got upgraded to the 2-bd apt and it was really nice there. Huge fully equipped kitchen + living room, super-clean bedroom, very large balcony with a nice view over the valley, bottle of wine as a departure gift. Truly recommend to anyone who wants to relax in a nice place.

Clean and quiet farm stay with magnificent views over the Vipava valley. The family running the farm were so welcoming and friendly, we had some great wine and a delicious breakfast with them. Highly recommend, great value.

The place is not for every one, but I like this kind of climate... The owner Boris is one kind of man :D. If you're looking for a local food and wine but real one with no being fabulous and splendid that it... but don't be surprised by smell and feeling of FARM... like my grandmother one... Rooms are clean and tidy...
Lovely rustic hotel, with very friendly owners. Quiet location a few minutes from Vipava town. Owners showed us the wine refrigerator and said help yourself!
