My husband & I could not stop smiling during our stay here due to the stunning landscape that this gem is nestled into. The view is breathtaking! Even the night sky was beautiful! It was so peaceful here, with the only sounds being chickens clucking & the occasional cry from their cow & goats. The hosts were so friendly & accommodating. Our room was spacious but cozy. Breakfast was homemade & delicious.

Very good breakfast, mostly homemade - jams, goat milk yoghurt, cheese, dry salami typical for the region ("savinjski želodec")... Upon request in advance there was dinner for 18 euros/person - very delicious.
The farm makes really good goat milk ice cream, many flavors - I recommend trying it.
Peaceful location, in the evening members of the family play zither.
I recommend panoramic road "Solčavska panoramska cesta" - it is partially macadam, but broad enough for two vehicles to meet, and the views and farms on the way are definitely worth it.
For travelers in search of an experience, nothing says authentic country living like a stay at a private, working farm. Hosts might offer interactive kid-friendly activities or for couples, a cozy haven in an original/converted farmhouse. Breakfast is usually included – you may even be collecting the eggs yourself!
It was a magical place to calm down, to take it easy. The personal at the ranch where amazing and wanted us to feel comfortable. It was not many cabins so it was sweet and cozy with a few families.
The owner and the staff were very kind, the house was clear, the breakfast was more than enough for 4 adults. The main attractions are close to the ranch and there are many eating opportunities too. We really enjoyed our stay!

Comfortable apartment with nice location in Kovor, a small village about 3 km to South of Trzic. Breakfast is excellent with homemade bread and eggs from the farm. The Slibars are very welcoming hosts and happily provide info on the local area. We were doing part of the Slovene Mountain Trail; Kovor is only a slight detour and the apartment provided us the opportunity to get a good batch of washing done, as there was a washing machine, a good shower and spacious accommodations; a nice break from the cramped mountain huts.
Lovely farm completely immersed in a green and quite area, with wonderful wooden cottages. The Slibar family is very friendly, we felt as being part of the farm life. There are several animals which are not attractions but real part of the farm. The breakfast was great with products directly from the farm. The private bathroom was outside, few meters away, but this was not really a problem, it was modern and really clean. Everything was perfect, really the best place to spend few relaxing days in contact with nature.
The breakfast was spectacular, everything was homemade. the atmosphere is very warm with all farm animals around, looking at the mountains and just enjoying peace.
we loved everything in our stay, the cabin is dreamy, located on the stream that’s running through the green ranch, the breakfast is very generous and nicely served, everything is clean and designed.

This was an absolutely amazing stay! Perfect place to relax and enjoy what Slovenia has to offer, close to Lake Bled & Ljubljana. They even coordinated a home cooked dinner at a local 300+ year old farm house that was a highlight of our trip. Will stay again on our next visit to Slovenia!
